It is amazing on how a boot camp could change my perspective to change and create a healthy lifestyle. I have a new attitude and I owe it to Dave's Bridal Bootcamp. Dave has taught me so much about working out and what to eat. It helps when "Super Dave" pushes me in class.
Thank you for all the great coaching. I am having various physicals in order to start my (Occupational Therapy School) clinical internship. My weight is down to 128.6 lbs, and BP is down to 107/70 (my diastolic used to be closer to 80)....and my resting HR is down to 60 (normally in the high 70's or low 80's). Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of the amazing coaching and for teaching me how to work-out more wisely. I think these results are exciting.....now to the hard part....keeping it up, right? Thanks!
