I love the beginning of every 12 Week EveryBodyFIT Weight Loss and Boot Camp session … at times, we’ve had 70+ people gathered together to make an incredible commitment towards positive and lasting changes in their lives over that time frame. While we discuss ideas and tips for nutrition, exercise, setting goals, and develop individual’s personal mission for success in weigh in’s, boot camps, and group training, we are always striving to add more outlets for noting tips, trends, and weekly themes within the program.
