The Faith & Fitness
Our primary CatholicFIT offering are men’s retreats held at the St. Louis Abbey and Priory Catholic School in St. Louis, MO.
CatholicFIT retreats help you reconnect your physical health with your deeper purpose—training the body as a way to better love God, serve others, and live your vocation. It’s a shift from working out for appearance or performance to practicing fitness as a virtue rooted in meaning.
Each retreat blends prayer, teaching, and movement—Mass, reflection, and hands-on training in simple, practical patterns. You’ll leave with clarity, a plan, and a renewed approach to living your faith and fitness daily.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable.
Student Athlete Performance Training
Videos and handouts for high school student athletes to improve orthopedic durability, improve body awareness, and increase overall athleticism
The Program
The Classical Athlete is a return to what training was meant to be, the formation of the whole person. It goes beyond performance, developing strength, discipline, and purpose by uniting body and soul.
Rooted in classical philosophy and the Catholic vision of the human person, it treats movement as education and training as a path to virtue.
Athletes can expect simple, purposeful training, bodyweight strength, running and rucking, mobility work, and movement assessments, paired with journaling, goal setting, and reflection. The aim is not just to get fit, but to become strong, disciplined, and ready to serve, on the field, at home, and in life.

Education & Career Coaching
As the Director of Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy at Webster University, I teach and coach students to success in graduate school and beyond. If your student is interested in a fitness management or rehab profession, please contact me with questions.
Is a career in fitness or rehab right for me?
Not everyone is called to the same path, but some are wired to coach, heal, and lead others through movement. This short quiz and self-assessment helps you explore your interests, strengths, and tendencies, giving you a clearer picture of whether a career in fitness, physical therapy, or rehab could be a good fit.
Students can expect simple questions on personality, problem-solving, communication, and interest in health and performance, along with a basic movement and lifestyle reflection. The goal is not to give you a final answer, but to point you in the right direction and help you begin thinking seriously about your future. (Coming soon!)
